- Open the Biomeme Go mobile app on your smartphone
- Enter your email address and password and tap the Login button
- If you are part of multiple teams (Enterprise Plan only), select which team to log in under (you can toggle between teams once logged in)
- From the home screen, tap Incomplete Runs to view a list of all incomplete runs

Warning:
Franklin Thermocyclers can only store one run's worth of data. If you have started a new run before recovering an incomplete run, your data may be lost. Always recovery data immediately to prevent data loss.
