The Biomeme Franklin Thermocycler is compatible with the following three fluorophores:
- FAM/SYBR (Green)
- Cy5/ATT0647N (Red)
- TexasRedX (Amber)
The one9 includes one channel detection (Green), the two9 detects two channels (Green, Red), and the three9 provides all three. You can upgrade remotely at anytime.
Isothermal (LAMP, NASBA, etc.) analysis is also possible. Contact us for the latest device spec sheets.
Note:
Our Amber channel is not compatible with ROX reference dye. We do not recommend use of master mixes with ROX on the Biomeme system.
