I've forgotten my password; how do I reset it?

You can reset your password anytime at cloud.biomeme.com .  

  • Click "Forgot Password?" under the login area
  • Enter the email address associated with your Biomeme account
  • Check your email for the verification code and instructions

You can also email us anytime at support@biomeme.com and we can reset the password for you.

Note:

Your password will always be the same for the Biomeme Go mobile app and the Biomeme Cloud. Resetting your password on the Biomeme Cloud also resets it for the Biomeme Go mobile app.
