I am getting a "Compatibility Error", what does this mean and how can I resolve it?

If a one9 or two9 Franklin Thermocycler was purchased, you will get a "Compatibility Error" when trying to run a protocol that includes fluorescent channels not enabled on your device. For a one9, please ensure your protocol only includes the green FAM channel. A two9 has both the green FAM channel and the red ATTO647N channel functionality. 

You can always add additional channel functionality by upgrading your thermocycler!
