      How to Transfer Multiple Run Result Files to a Computer (Windows)

      1. Connect the Android smartphone and computer using the USB A to Micro USB cable or USB A to USB C cable. 
      2. A pop up may appear on the Android smartphone, select "Allow", if it does. 

       

      3. Open a file window and navigate to "This PC". 

       

      4. Ensure that the Android smartphone is listed in the "Devices and drives" section. If you do not see the Android smartphone listed, navigate to “Connected Devices” in Settings and ensure it is set up for File Transfer. 

      5. Double click on the Android smartphone shortcut. 

      6. Double click on "Internal storage". 

      7. Double click on "Android". 

      8. Double click on "data". 

       

      9. Double click on "com.biomeme.dxapp”. 

      *This may differ slightly depending on what app you are using. Please contact support if you need assistance.

       

      10. Double click on "files". 

       

      11. Here you will find run data files for all runs performed on the phone/app. 

      12. Move the files to the PC by dragging and dropping, or by copying and pasting.
