Via the Biomeme Go mobile app:
- Open the Biomeme Go mobile app on your smartphone
- Enter your email address and password and tap the Login button
- If you are part of multiple teams (Enterprise Plan only), select which team to log in under (you can toggle between teams once logged in)
- Tap the gear icon
in the top right corner to open the Settings menu - Select the Settings sub-menu item
- Turn on your Franklin Thermocycler
- Press the Bluetooth Button
- On the Biomeme Go mobile app, within the settings options, press the Bluetooth icon in the top right corner
- If a thermocycler MAC address doesn't pop up in the list, press Scan at the bottom
- Select the Franklin and a blue check mark will appear next to it
- Press Confirm
- You can now see the Thermocycler serial number, MAC address, Bluetooth name, and the battery percentage.
Via the label on the bottom of the Franklin Thermocycler:
- Gentle flip over your Franklin thermocycler so that you can see the sticker that is on the bottom
- Here you will be able to see the Thermocycler information, including but not limited to: Model, serial number, MAC address, etc.
