How To Update the Biomeme Go Mobile App
- Navigate to the Google Play Store on your smartphone
- Select your profile icon in the right side of the search bar
- Select 'Manage apps & device'
- Look for 'Updates available', select 'See details'
- If an update for the Biomeme Go mobile app is available, it will show up here. Select 'Update' next to Biomeme Go. This should take less than one minute.
If you are having trouble updating the Biomeme Go mobile app or experiencing other performance issues, contact support@biomeme.com for assistance.
Caution:
If your current app version is 1.1.5 or lower, please do the following to avoid any issues:
- Make sure all your run data is synced to the Cloud and/or manually exported
- Uninstall the app
- Reinstall the app (it will reinstall as the most recent app version)
