How do I create a new folder in the Biomeme App or Cloud?

In the Biomeme Go mobile app:

  1. Open the Biomeme Go mobile app on your smartphone
  2. Enter your email address and password and tap the Login button
  3. If you are part of multiple teams (Enterprise Plan only), select which team to log in under (you can toggle between teams once logged in)
  4. Select Data Management from the home screen
  5. Navigate to where you would like to create a new folder
  6. Tap the +Add 
  7. Enter a name for your folder
  8. Tap the Add Folder button to create and save

In the Biomeme Cloud:

  1. Navigate to https://cloud.biomeme.com on your internet browser
  2. Login using the same email address and password that you use for the Biomeme Go mobile app
  3.  If you are part of multiple teams (Enterprise Plan only), select which team to log in under (you can toggle between teams once logged in)
  4. Navigate to the folder where you wish to make a new folder (Unfortunately you cannot create folders in this first section in the Cloud)
  5. Click on the +Add Folder button in the top right corner
  6. Enter a name for your folder
  7. Select Confirm to save your new folder

Note:

Once you create a folder, you are unable to edit the name or move the folder. Please see the New Customer Onboarding Guide for tips on folder organization.
