In the Biomeme Go mobile app:
- Open the Biomeme Go mobile app on your smartphone
- Enter your email address and password and tap the Login button
- If you are part of multiple teams (Enterprise Plan only), select which team to log in under (you can toggle between teams once logged in)
- Select Data Management from the home screen
- Navigate to where you would like to create a new folder
- Tap the +Add
- Enter a name for your folder
- Tap the Add Folder button to create and save
In the Biomeme Cloud:
- Navigate to https://cloud.biomeme.com on your internet browser
- Login using the same email address and password that you use for the Biomeme Go mobile app
- If you are part of multiple teams (Enterprise Plan only), select which team to log in under (you can toggle between teams once logged in)
- Navigate to the folder where you wish to make a new folder (Unfortunately you cannot create folders in this first section in the Cloud)
- Click on the +Add Folder button in the top right corner
- Enter a name for your folder
- Select Confirm to save your new folder
Note:
Once you create a folder, you are unable to edit the name or move the folder. Please see the New Customer Onboarding Guide for tips on folder organization.
