# I've forgotten my password; how do I reset it?

You can reset your password anytime at [cloud.biomeme.com](https://cloud.biomeme.com/).  

- Click "**Forgot Password?" **under the login area
- Enter the email address associated with your Biomeme account
- Check your email for the verification code and instructions

You can also email us anytime at [support@biomeme.com](mailto:support@biomeme.com) and we can reset the password for you.

#### Note:

Your password will always be the same for the [Biomeme Go mobile app](https://shop.biomeme.com/android-smartphone/) and the Biomeme Cloud. Resetting your password on the [Biomeme Cloud](https://shop.biomeme.com/biomeme-cloud-software/) also resets it for the Biomeme Go mobile app.
