I’m having trouble connecting Franklin to my smartphone even though Bluetooth is on. What do I need to do?

Make sure that the “Location” service is enabled both in your phone settings and within the Biomeme Go app (it is enabled by default).  The latest version of Bluetooth requires that location discovery is enabled to properly connect devices.
