All product returns and refunds require prior authorization from Biomeme. Contact our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the situation and they will assist in beginning the authorization process as needed. A nominal restocking fee will be charged for returned items, unless Biomeme is responsible for shipping the wrong item.
- Damaged items — If an item has been damaged during shipment, please report the damage to our Support Team. Keep all containers and packing materials for inspection
- Device returns — Thermocyclers will not be accepted back without prior approval and completion of our Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) form. This document is provided by our Support Team.
- Items shipped with dry or blue ice — Erroneously ordered items cannot be returned if they require shipment on dry or blue ice
